Got my March Birchbox late this month {to renew or not to renew? renew!} and I wanted to show you guys what was in it!
Have a look-see at the box-of-funness that showed up on Saturday!
So many goodies! Part of it was in a little MAKE bag, the other part was in a little gift pouch thing. I like to reuse those {the cardboard fold-out box thingy}.
I opened this and had a great time smelling all of this stuff lol. Its nice when you like the scent of something, isn't it? ;D
The Madewell for Birchbox Nail Emery Board is SO pretty! I love the design on it. I'm a huge fan of floral designs and all things girly and flowery. I feel that it was an excellent addition to my box :)
One ounce bottles are definitely what I prefer. I'm just about to run out of my eye makeup remover and along came this beauty. I've already tried the MAKE Eye Makeup Remover and I like it. It removed all of my eye makeup without bothering my sensitive eyes at all. I always wash my face after I remove my eye makeup, so I don't mind using the oily eye makeup removers.
I've seen the Macadamia brand hair care in Target, but haven't bought it. I was SO happy to get in in my March Birchbox. The Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment smells really great. It has a soft scent--kinda almond scented {to me}. Love it. The bottle is glass, too.
UPDATE: I'm totally in love with the Macadamia Oil!! It smells so good and it works really well. It makes my hair so light and soft. I'm using this sparingly, because I don't want it to run out too soon :)
Macadamia Natural Oil™ Deep Repair Masque. I love hair masks! I'll use this asap and tell ya all about it. I'm loving this brand, so far, and I'm so excited that I got to try these products out in my Birchbox.
What's even cooler, is that there are 6 items to review, which will give me $6 in store credit. So, this box was basically $4, since I get $6 to use toward a full-size product {free shipping, too}.
MAKE Silk Cream Lipstick Maraschino Cherry. This is a fun size for a lipstick. I like that it has a cap and I can use it more than once. I really wish I would've gotten the one called Taffy {mauve color}, but this red color reminds me of Gwen Stefani, so it will be used. I'll mix a dot or two of this with some chapstick and enjoy it while it lasts.
Sage + fasten Common Sense fragrance.
I saw this and thought... "cool. wonder what's in that tube."
Then, I thought, "uh oh... who wants to smell like Thanksgiving dressing/stuffing? (sage?)"
Then, I opened it and ~sweet Louise!~ this stuff smells awesome! It doesn't smell like sage.
In fact, it smells slightly fruity, slightly like a bouquet of fresh flowers and a little Earthy. It's not overwhelming. It a soft scent. I love it..
I also LOVE that "the SAGE + fasten line is cruelty-free and made without parabens, sulfates, or synthetic dyes."
My box photo from the site :)

OMG why was everyone's box so much better than mine?!
ReplyDeleteI've said that before, too! I changed my "splurge item" this month. Idk if that mattered or if it was because I received my box so late in the month. It seems like a "hair care" box, but my splurge item is skin care. I like this box a lot. Hoping all of the April boxes are amazing! :)
Deletei bet those smell great!! i need some good eye make up remover!
ReplyDeleteThey really do and that eye makeup remover is awesome! The sample is lasting a while, too :)
DeleteI've never heard of this before! Where have I been hiding? Thanks for the introduction to this.
