Birchbox Reviews & Haul. Luna, Klorane, Yes to, Beauty Fixation Reviews.

Cashed in some points on a full-size Birchbox order :)

I bought a few things that I've never tried before. Here's a quick review of what I got and how it's going, in case you're interested in any of these products.

  • Clean Well all-natural hand sanitizing wipes review. (natural)
    • I like these, because they're natural. They work well. I'm using them to clean the counters, honestly. They have an unmistakable Oregano scent that can get overwhelming after a few uses. I gave one pack to my mom, because she likes the smell of Oregano a lot. What's cool, though, is that it makes the house smell like you're cooking, even if you're not ;)
  • Luna Minis Review! (natural)
    • I love, love, love Luna bars! I eat them basically every day for breakfast or a snack. There's a ton of flavors to choose from. I love the Peppermint Stick, Nuts Over Chocolate, White Chocolate Macadamia, Raspberry, and the new Luna Fiber bars are out of this world delicious!! You'd seriously think you're eating a brownie. I'm not a "clean-eating-loyalist" that says that everything tastes "just like xyz," I'm someone who loves Keebler cookies and I like these :) (no offense to clean-eating-loyalists; you're awesome! I just love junk food, so I'm glad that I found something that mimics the flavors of unhealthy alternatives, because my eating habits aren't quite at awesome, yet. I'm trying, though.)
  • Beauty Fixation makeup remover swabs Review
    • These are really great! I can remember the first time I tried something like this and was so happy about how convenient it was. I"m glad that these are in the Birchbox shop. I bought these to remove my eye makeup when I feel like I messed it up. Sometimes, I put it on and then don't like it and want to start over and these are great for that. They're also great for touch-ups from smudges, raccoon rings and mascara mistakes.
  • Klorane eye makeup remover--sensitive. Review. (natural)
    • The bottle is much larger than most bottles of eye makeup remover. I was totally excited about the natural ingredients, but... it burns my eyes. It says its for sensitive eyes, but it still burns my eyes. The packaging is incredible, because it's a squirt bottle and will not spill if it gets knocked over. I love everything about it, except for the eye-burning-aspect :/
  • Minteas Results in Matcha Chai Review (natural)
    • I like these, but they're not what I expected. I love Chai Tea and Chai Latte, but these are more of Chai herbs and green tea. They really are a unique and fun mint, though. I'm using them lol! They claim to have metabolism-boosting abilities... let us see about these, ok :) The shape of them is adorable and you get a million in each little tin. They're sold in packs of 3 tins.
  • Yes to Blueberries Review! (natural)
    • I love this! This is my favorite thing from this entire order. I love the scent of these towelettes. They clean really well and one wipe will remove all of my makeup. I keep these next to my bed and another pack in my desk, because that makes it easier for me to remove my makeup. You know the feeling: you crawl into bed (finally) and get comfortable (sorta) and then remember that you're still wearing makeup (ah, crap). Well, this solves those problems! You can just take off your makeup from your pillow :D Life is good. I love every Yes to product that I've ever bought--great brand & products. All-natural and affordable.

Hope you found this either useful or entertaining. Birchbox is one of my favorite places to shop, because they let you use your points. Each month you earn points from doing reviews of your samples and you also get points for any purchases that you make. I paid $4 out-of-pocket for all of this and it was over $40 in products. I really enjoy the Birchbox points system :)

    1. I was skeptical to try Birchbox at first, and when I got my first box, I was like, "where's the rest of it?" but after my 2nd box, I totally "got it." Birchbox is like a wine tasting--you get small sizes of really great products (high-end brands). Each box costs $10, but you get back $4-6 in store credit for answering the little survey and that adds up fast. You can use your store credit to purchase items from the store and usually get free shipping. I like it, because you can try stuff before you buy it. They also send full-size items, sometimes. They do have months that aren't so awesome, but you always earn the store credit, so you're just paying $4-6 for the box. The customer service is amazing, too. Oh, and you can save up points and buy a year of boxes with them, so if you did that your first year, then you would get your 2nd year free. It's fun :)

Someone as beautiful, smart and funny as you are must have something to say about this, right? ;) So, what do you think?
