This product is awesome! It creates the most beautiful, romantic shimmer on your skin. I'm very fair-skinned (Ivory in foundation) and this is not too dark for me. It would work on any skin tone, because it just blends right into your skin to leave a beautiful finish. It's pretty mixed in your foundation, used alone or added to your beauty routine. I love this one step bronze by Stila!
I never would have bought this on my own, because I would think it's too dark/thick for me, but it's perfect :) It's a good size (1oz) & will last for a long time. If you're a Birchbox member, you can use your points to purchase this :) The bottle is basically identical to the pump bottle for Oil of Olay serums--it works perfectly and doesn't dispense too much product. A little goes a long way with this, so that will also extend the life of the bottle. I've never been this excited over a bronzer before, but I'm really impressed with this one :)
Here is the official description and information from Stila's site:
"Stila's new One Step Bronze is oil-free and melts right into the skin and dries down, creating a gorgeous glow. This revolutionary new formula contains three illuminating bronzers:

- Bronze with pink undertone - to enhance skintone and illuminate
- Kitten - to brighten, illuminate and help diminish the appearance of sun spots

- Diminishes the look of fine lines & wrinkles
- Minimizes pores

I Love Birchbox
It's really a great month for me with my Birchbox! This is what I signed up for--full-size products that I fall in love with and samples that are large enough to really test out. I'm very happy with my box this month :) You can read my June Birchbox Review right here.
If you want to sign up, here is my invitation link: https://www.birchbox.com?raf=t66dw
How much is this? And you got a full size?! Girl you are so lucky!! I want this so bad and I will har to wait to I rack my points up. I used them recently for the Pur Minerals 4 in 1 tinted moisturizer!
ReplyDeleteIt's $36--which I would *never* pay for a bronzer, but this honestly mixes in with my foundation and wears like a makeup... cost the same as tarte etc. I cannot believeee they sent out full-size bottles, either!! It worked, though, because if I had just a sample, I never would have been able to use it like "normal" and discover that I love it :) Save your points, you'll like it. Get a sample from Sephora and try it out, first ;)
DeleteSN: I really wanted to try that PM 4-in-1, too, whenever I saw it listed on there. How's the coverage with it? Did you write a review on it?
The review will be up shortly and that's a good idea. Ill be getting a sephora Gift card soon soni will get a sample first. The coverage for the tinted moisturizer is pretty good. I don't wear foundation at all. I've been foundation free since 2007. Many problems with it. It's perfect for me but there is one down side. It has A LOT of shimmer to it. But when I want coverage it's perfect an I look blemish free. The sample given was hefty and I'm still using it.
DeleteThat's awesome! I wish I could be foundation-free :) I look totally different with and without it ;) I've started using less foundation and mixing it with serum/moisturizer and I'm happy the results. I am crazy in love with Physician's Formula talc-free mineral powder!! I make sure to never run out of it. They have really great bogo sales (sticker coupons), too! I'm so happy that you got the Sephora gift card!! Can't wait to see your "haul" post on it =)
DeleteI'm going to attempt to use my again tonight! Might as well give it a go before washing my face before bed! I'm so terrible with this makeup thing... I thought this was WAY too shimmery for me (I go for the super natural look because I can't tackle anything else), but I'll try blending it with moisturizer. Thanks! :)
