Daydreaming Realist: Lyrically Confusing? So, I was thinking...

Lyrically Confusing? So, I was thinking...

So, ya know that song "Low/Apple Bottom Jeans?"

I started liking this song when I saw Zookeeper
(the part where the gorilla punches the van! ahhhaha!)

Well, it's also just an upbeat, unemotional song
that's good for working out. (so is *Like a G6*)

But, I'm always thinking about the lyrics,
because one part doesn't really make sense.

Ya, know how it goes...

She had them Apple bottom jeans (jeans)
Boots with the fur (with the fur)
The whole club was looking at her
She hit the floor (she hit the floor)
Next thing you know
Shawty got low, low, low, low, low, low, low, low

Them baggy sweat pants

And the Reebok's with the straps (with the straps)

She turned around and gave that big booty a smack (hey! )

She hit the floor (she hit the floor)
Next thing you know
Shawty got low, low, low, low, low, low, low, low

The Question: Ok... How in the world is "Shawty" wearing baggy sweat pants AND Apple bottom jeans? And on another note: How is "Shawty" wearing Reeboks with the straps AND boots with the fur (with the furrrr)?

I get that she could be wearing two different shoes (it happens), but two pairs of pants? ...k?

What do you think about this? Thoughts?

  1. I assume they are talking about more than one girl lol. There are allot of songs like this for example: My chick bad features 4 other singers/rapper women in the remix and they are all bad lol according to the music. You know guys its more fun to sing about more than one woman.
