This applies to all giveaways on DaydreamingRealist.com. 

All giveaways are open to US residents only, unless otherwise stated. I will only ship to US addresses. If any mandatory entries are not completed, or not completed correctly, all additional entries by that same entrant are void. One entrant per household. 18 or older to enter. 

Rafflecopter Giveaways-- Please be sure to login with the email address that you check regularly. I am not responsible if you did not check your email, or if the email went to your Spam folder. Rafflecopter will select the winner using a random number method.

Random.Org Giveaways--The number will be generated by Random.org after the contest closes. The winner will be chosen by the comment number correlating with the number chosen by Random.org.  All of the same rules apply--you must follow all of the steps for each entry to win. I will verify each step for accuracy & truth, before contacting the winner.

Winners are randomly selected. I will verify that the winner completed all of the steps for their entries, before contacting them. The winner will be contacted for further information. The winner will have 48 hours to respond or a new winner will be chosen. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are sent directly from the sponsor. I am not responsible for the winner not receiving their prize, for any reason. I am free of all liability that is involved with the giveaway product. If you enter my giveaway, you release me from all liability involving the item that you won. I reserve the right to remove any entrant who appears to be cheating. I reserve the right to block or ban any entrant who displays behavior toward me or my readers that I find offensive. 

Be polite and play fair. I offer giveaways as a kind gesture to my readers.

• You are not required to own a computer to enter--computers are available for public use in many places at no charge to you.

• I will delete duplicate entries--keeping the first submission. 
• I am not responsible for any power outages, servers being down, blog malfunctions, acts of God that effect your ability to enter or respond for this giveaway.
